Teen Patti compares three-card hands through a stated ranking order and betting procedure. Learn the categories before comparing apps or considering a paid table. Local variants may change sequence order, special hands or tie rules, so the current room’s panel takes precedence.
The Showdown Comparison
The surviving hands are compared under the table’s rules when the round reaches showdown. A high category can still face a stronger opposing hand; betting decisions cannot guarantee which cards another player holds.
Common Categories from Stronger to Weaker
- Trail / three equal ranks: Three cards share a rank, such as A-A-A. Confirm how equal-category hands compare.
- Same-suit sequence: Three consecutive ranks also share a suit. Ace ordering must follow the table’s definition.
- Mixed-suit sequence: A consecutive run uses different suits, such as A♠ K♥ Q♦, where that run is permitted.
- Colour / flush: All three cards share a suit without forming a recognised consecutive run.
- Pair and remaining card: Two equal ranks form a pair. If pairs match, the third card may break the tie under the room’s rules.
- Unpaired high cards: Compare the leading rank, then further cards if required; confirm exact tie settlement.
