Start with the Declaration Rules
Learn the groups for a complete declaration. Sorting clarifies cards, but cannot assure the next draw or paid result. Check sequence, set and joker rules first.
Three Terms Used at the Table
- Consecutive suit group: A sequence uses consecutive ranks from one suit, such as 5♦–6♦–7♦. The source requires a natural sequence without a substitute card; confirm all other declaration conditions too.
- Equal-rank group: A set groups equal ranks from different suits, such as K♥, K♠ and K♦.
- Substituting card: A joker may help complete permitted combinations, but cannot replace the requirement for a natural sequence.
